On the day of the event at 15 minutes before 21:00 GMT, please make sure you are in quite calm enviroment comfortable in a chair or lying down. Focus on what you would like to call in, if it helps prepare a list of all your Manifestations and have that paper with you. 

I will begin sending out the healing to all at 21:00 GMT for 30 mins. You do not need to do anything but lie there and receive the energy.
